SRAE Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your SRAE pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items and final sale items are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds: 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges: 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
